La Garnacha aporta fruta roja y frescura; en esta versión rosada espumosa encontramos textura viva, burbuja fina, acidez refrescante y notas de frutilla/roja crujiente. Ideal para momentos de encuentro, al aire libre o como aperitivo. Para quienes se inician en el universo de los espumosos naturales, es una buena puerta de entrada: accesible, de estructura ligera, sin complicaciones.Levaduras autóctonas y salvajes, este vino no se filtra ni se clarifica.
